Responsibility

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations to maintain financial integrity and identify discrepancies.
  • Verify and match e-invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts for compliance and accuracy.
  • Support SST (Sales and Service Tax) compliance by checking and validating tax-related documents.
  • Organize and maintain financial documents, ensuring proper filing and easy retrieval for audits.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting-related queries and issues.
  • Stay updated with accounting standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB, or similar) and Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
  • Basic understanding of tax regulations, particularly SST (Sales and Service Tax) in Malaysia/Indonesia, is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) for effective collaboration with team members.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
