Responsibility
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage vendor accounts, including resolving discrepancies, reconciling statements, and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely approval and payment of invoices.
- Monitor and report on accounts payable aging, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Support the implementation of automation and digital transformation initiatives within the PTP function.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure proper documentation and approval of purchase orders.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
