Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Support the accounting team with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries related to billing, payments, and account statuses.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements for management review.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents, both digital and physical.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data entry.
- Adhere to company policies and accounting standards to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards is a plus.
- Positive work attitude, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
