Responsibility

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to verify financial data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities by compiling and analyzing financial data.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company financial policies.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to management as required.
  • Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance administration, accounting, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero).
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with local tax laws and financial regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
