Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Process and reconcile daily transactions, ensuring timely and error-free entries.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to verify financial data and resolve discrepancies.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by compiling and analyzing financial data.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company financial policies.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to management as required.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance administration, accounting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with local tax laws and financial regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
