Responsibility
- Assist in daily bookkeeping, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and process financial documents such as purchase orders, receipts, and payments.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure timely reporting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to generate financial statements and management reports.
- Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and vendor communications.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursement requests.
- Identify discrepancies in financial data and propose corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards is a plus.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
