Responsibility
- Process and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Handle accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) transactions.
- Conduct collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with accounting principles.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries using Excel and accounting software.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of financial information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance administration or accounting.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong understanding of AR/AP processes and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment is a plus.
