Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Record and reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities under the guidance of senior accountants.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (minimum S1).
- Age between 22â30 years old.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, accounting cycles, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Prior internship or work experience in accounting is a plus but not required.
