Responsibility
- Process and manage US payroll for assigned clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Respond to employee queries and concerns related to payroll, benefits, and deductions.
- Handle escalations from customers and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare reports as needed.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in US payroll processing or financial services.
- Strong understanding of US payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
