Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business decisions.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with local tax and labor regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly documented.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including office management, vendor relations, and procurement.
- Develop and implement efficient financial and administrative processes to improve operational workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and business objectives.
- Support the opening of new outlets by setting up financial systems and training local staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance in Indonesia.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
