Responsibility
- Manage and process financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with government standards.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting, and record-keeping for government programmes and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and submit financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making in the public sector.
- Monitor programme expenditures, track allocations, and ensure adherence to fiscal policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth payment processing and vendor management.
- Maintain confidential financial records and ensure data integrity across all administrative systems.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, presentations, and special projects as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance administration, payment processing, or a similar role, preferably in the government or public sector.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
