Responsibility
- Identify and target potential clients in the finance sector through market research and networking.
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies to expand the company’s financial services portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, investors, and corporate clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine acquisition approaches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and retention of new clients.
- Prepare and present reports on acquisition performance and financial projections.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences in Bali and beyond.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, sales, or business development.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Indonesian financial market is a plus.
