Responsibility
- Process and manage accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collections.
- Prepare and send monthly statements to clients, resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address client inquiries and payment issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date AR records in the company’s ERP system.
- Generate AR aging reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to receivables.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management from a reputable university.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), or General Accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and AR processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and familiar with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client interactions.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
