Based in Badung, this contract position offers a competitive salary range of IDR 3,000,000 – 4,000,000 per month, along with the chance to grow professionally in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Ensure timely and compliant submission of tax reports (e.g., VAT, corporate tax, and withholding tax) in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
- Perform daily data entry for financial transactions, invoices, and expenses with meticulous attention to detail.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and audit preparations.
- Manage administrative finance tasks, such as filing documents, organizing financial records, and supporting budget tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely processing of payments and collections.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations relevant to the textile industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or tax compliance (preferably in manufacturing or textile industries).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, or local Indonesian systems) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify discrepancies.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial documentation.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) for effective communication with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
