Responsibility
- Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll processing.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections to support strategic decision-making.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard resort assets and ensure financial accuracy.
- Lead financial audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting in collaboration with external auditors and authorities.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Optimize cost structures and revenue streams to enhance profitability without compromising guest experience.
- Mentor and supervise the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance management, preferably in the hospitality or luxury service industry.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for multi-departmental operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, labor regulations, and GAAP standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and advanced Excel skills for financial modeling.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities with a hands-on approach.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment with a guest-centric mindset.
