Responsibility
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents with accuracy.
- Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and journals in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
- Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor and client communications.
- Prepare and file tax documents and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, providing insights on financial performance.
- Perform ad-hoc financial tasks and administrative duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of local tax laws and financial regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
