Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the finance, accounting, and tax teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
- Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize liabilities while ensuring full compliance with local and national tax laws.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure financial transparency and accuracy.
- Streamline accounting processes and systems to improve efficiency and reduce operational risks.
- Liaise with government agencies, banks, and other stakeholders on financial and tax-related matters.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, Brevet A/B) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax supervision, preferably in a manufacturing or multinational environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
- Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working in Bali or with international teams is highly desirable.
