Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all financial and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company's financial performance.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets in accordance with accounting standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and payments.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and financial regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Experience in a multinational company or trading industry is preferred.
