Responsibility
- Manage and oversee all financial and tax-related activities, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory filings.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders to resolve financial and tax-related matters.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize financial performance and minimize liabilities.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
- Act as a key point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients and partners, facilitating smooth communication.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and financial regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax management, with a focus on taxation.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required; proficiency in Indonesian is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
