Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and training to enhance performance and productivity.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes and ensure compliance.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic financial planning.
- Liaise with tax consultants to ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with tax regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
