Responsibility
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving profitability and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics, highlighting variances and proposing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather financial data and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and divisional guidelines.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, offering clear and concise insights.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a related role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
- Excellent understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
