Responsibility
- Input and process daily financial and accounting transactions into the ERP system with high precision.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Finance & Accounting Department.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and supporting documents.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure accurate balances.
- Maintain well-organized financial filing systems and digital records.
- Support month-end closing activities and audit preparations.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in accounting or financial administration.
- Proficiency in using ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
