Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT, withholding taxes, and corporate income tax.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and provide recommendations for liquidity improvement.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the distribution or retail industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or local Indonesian systems) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
