Responsibility
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, payroll processing, and statutory reporting.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
- Implement and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the fashion/retail industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with inventory costing and retail financial management is advantageous.
