Responsibility
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, for F&B operations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct budget forecasting and financial planning to support business growth.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to monitor expenses and optimize cost efficiency.
- Assist in audits and tax filings, ensuring adherence to Indonesian financial laws.
- Implement and maintain financial controls to safeguard company assets.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
- Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
