Responsibility

  • Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, for F&B operations.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Conduct budget forecasting and financial planning to support business growth.
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to monitor expenses and optimize cost efficiency.
  • Assist in audits and tax filings, ensuring adherence to Indonesian financial laws.
  • Implement and maintain financial controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
