We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with at least 3 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights to support business decisions.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee accounts receivable (AR) functions, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Develop and maintain financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in full-set accounting and management reporting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
