Responsibility
- Lead and manage the end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Tax, and Audit, to streamline financial operations.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Act as a key liaison between finance operations and senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial reporting standards.
- Proven experience in leading month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing talent.
- Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
