Responsibility
- Manage daily cashier operations, including accurate recording and reporting of transactions.
- Oversee and record all financial transactions on a daily basis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring to align with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for auditing purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance in Indonesia.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
