Join PERSOL as an Accounts Executive specializing in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Sales Administration. This is an exciting 8-month contract opportunity based in Kallang, Singapore, offering a competitive salary of $3,000 β $3,300 per month. The role is expected to commence around late August and conclude by April/May 2027, with potential extension based on business needs.

Responsibility
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor payments.
- Support sales administration by preparing reports, maintaining customer records, and assisting with order processing.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing financial statements and reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with company standards.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed, including data entry and filing.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Payable or Sales Administration.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Singapore financial regulations and GST compliance is a plus.
- Prior experience in a contract or temporary role is advantageous.
