This is a full-time position based in one of Baliās most desirable locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung. Enjoy the perfect balance of work and leisure in one of the worldās most sought-after destinations.
Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely processing of payments to vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Monitor cash flow and forecast financial trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and financial reporting for construction projects.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
