Responsibility
- Lead and manage the finance and accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage tax planning and compliance, including corporate income tax, VAT, and other statutory filings, while optimizing tax strategies.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to support business decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risks, and implement measures to mitigate potential issues.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth audits and compliance with legal requirements.
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and tools, leveraging technology to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a track record of driving financial performance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills; experience with financial software and tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop accounting professionals.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
