This is a contract-based role with a competitive salary range of Rp 7,000,000 – Rp 8,000,000 per month, offering a rewarding career path in one of Indonesia’s most sought-after locations.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure company stability and growth.
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Manage and minimize bad debt through effective credit control and collection strategies.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights to improve net profit margins.
- Lead negotiations with third-party vendors, clients, and financial institutions to secure favorable terms.
- Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and debt management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills for dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
