Responsibility
- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Process financial transactions, including loans, payments, and deposits, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their financial needs.
- Conduct credit assessments and risk evaluations to determine client eligibility for financial products.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including account statements, transaction summaries, and performance analyses.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts, implementing effective collection strategies to minimize financial risks.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial services to enhance job performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, credit assessment, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial software systems.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data and transactions.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
