Responsibility
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and month-end closing processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., PSAK, IFRS) and tax regulations.
- Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and implement best practices.
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize financial performance.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate smooth audits and tax filings.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, or Brevet A/B) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, PSAK, and IFRS.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
- Experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Leadership qualities with a track record of team development and process improvement.
