Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the finance, accounting, and tax teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international standards.
- Manage tax planning, filings, and compliance to minimize liabilities and ensure adherence to Indonesian regulations.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure seamless audits and regulatory submissions.
- Optimize accounting systems and processes to improve efficiency and data integrity.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for budgeting and investment strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or similar certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and IFRS.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in audit coordination and financial process improvement.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; familiarity with Bali’s business landscape is advantageous.
