Responsibility
- Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations and reporting.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general ledger accounting or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in a shared services or multinational environment is a plus.
- Certification such as CPA or equivalent is highly desirable.
