Responsibility
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for retail and consumer product systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software solutions for clients.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure equipment and systems are functioning optimally.
- Train end-users on product features, troubleshooting, and best practices.
- Document all support activities, including issue resolution and client feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards during all field operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field support, technical support, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
