Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, and testing of CCTV cameras, access control systems, and security alarms.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including hardware failures, software glitches, and connectivity problems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining system functionalities and offering training to end-users.
- Collaborate with the technical team to design and implement customized security solutions tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and inventory of tools and equipment.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in security technology and industry best practices.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards while working in various environments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Field Service Technician or similar role in CCTV, access control, or security systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of IP/analog cameras, DVRs/NVRs, biometric systems, and electronic access control.
- Certification in security systems (e.g., BOSCH, Hikvision, Honeywell, or Axis) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, multimeters, and diagnostic software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali’s key regions.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
- Physical ability to lift equipment (up to 20kg) and work in confined spaces or at heights.
