Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.
- Perform on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics for electrical and security system malfunctions, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance system reliability.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure seamless integration of security solutions into client infrastructures.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on system operations, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Document service reports, including work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future maintenance or upgrades.
- Adhere to safety standards and company policies while working in diverse environments, including commercial, residential, and hospitality sites.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and product advancements to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in security system installation, maintenance, or electrical troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints for system installations and repairs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) to interact with clients and team members.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel within Bali for on-site service calls.
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in electrical and security system installations (e.g., multimeters, crimping tools, network testers).
- Certifications in security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control) or electrical safety are a plus.
