Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of technical equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the Aftersales team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest technical advancements and industry best practices.
- Travel to various locations across Bali to provide on-site support as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technician, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various locations in Bali.
- Familiarity with technical equipment and tools relevant to the role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
