Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, and commissioning of semiconductor equipment at client facilities.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies.
- Provide technical training and support to client personnel on equipment operation and best practices.
- Prepare and maintain detailed service reports, logs, and documentation for all interventions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, manufacturing, and customer support) to resolve escalated issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and company policies during all service activities.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with supply chain for timely replacements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support for semiconductor, electronics, or precision machinery.
- Hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment (e.g., CVD, PVD, etch, lithography, or metrology tools) is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in reading schematics, technical manuals, and using diagnostic software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
