Responsibility
- Perform on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs of heavy equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery to identify potential issues and extend equipment lifespan.
- Commission new machinery and equipment, including installation, calibration, and testing to meet client specifications.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and operators on equipment usage, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Prepare detailed reports on service activities, including findings, recommendations, and follow-up actions for clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with sales and project teams to ensure seamless delivery of equipment and services to clients.
- Travel regularly to client sites across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung) to provide timely and efficient service.
- Maintain accurate records of service logs, warranty claims, and inventory of spare parts and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in field service engineering, heavy equipment maintenance, or a related role.
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel extensively across Bali for client visits.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in challenging environments, including construction sites and outdoor locations.
