Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of engineering equipment and systems.
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to optimize equipment performance.
- Document service reports, technical findings, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Travel domestically and internationally for assignments as required.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards in all field operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Basic knowledge of CAD, PLC, or other engineering software is advantageous.
- Valid driverâs license and ability to obtain necessary travel documents.
