Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair endoscopy equipment at client sites.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and calibration of medical devices.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to healthcare professionals.
- Conduct training sessions for medical staff on the proper use of endoscopy equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in endoscopy technology and industry standards.
- Travel to various healthcare facilities within Bali to provide on-site support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel within Bali for on-site service calls.
