As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance of high-precision machinery for our clients. Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, calibration, and maintenance of CNC and EDM machines to ensure peak performance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, minimizing downtime for clients.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to extend equipment lifespan.
- Provide technical training and support to client operators on machine operation and safety protocols.
- Prepare detailed service reports and documentation for each assignment.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical problems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all service activities.
- Manage spare parts inventory and recommend replacements or upgrades as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in servicing CNC and/or EDM machines.
- Strong knowledge of machine tool operations, G-code, and CAD/CAM software.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali’s industrial zones.
- Familiarity with PLC programming and automation systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English to liaise with international clients and teams.
