Responsibility
- Install, configure, and commission automation equipment at client sites across Bali.
- Perform regular maintenance and servicing to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients to ensure proper usage and maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide feedback on equipment performance and potential improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of automation systems, PLCs, and industrial machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Valid driver's license and ability to commute to various client sites.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
