Responsibility
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Multivac packaging machinery at client sites across Bali
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime
- Train client personnel on proper machine operation and basic maintenance procedures
- Maintain accurate service records and prepare detailed technical reports
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support during client demonstrations
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in packaging solutions
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field service or maintenance of industrial machinery
- Strong technical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions
- Valid driver's license and ability to work independently
- Basic knowledge of PLC programming is a plus
