Responsibility
- Install, configure, and commission robotic systems at client sites.
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance of robotic equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on the operation and maintenance of robotic systems.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product design and functionality based on field feedback.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role, preferably in the robotics industry.
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to travel to various locations within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
- Certification in robotics or related fields is a plus.
