Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of field sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand customer base across Bali.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to company sales processes.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive long-term business success.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and ethical standards in all field operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Supervisor (SPV), Team Leader, or Senior Sales in Field Sales or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales, with a deep understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) and work flexible hours as required.
