Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Conduct cold calls, visits, and presentations to prospective clients, including bars, restaurants, and retail stores.
- Manage order processing, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries while resolving any logistical issues.
- Monitor product availability and stock levels at client locations, coordinating with logistics teams to prevent shortages.
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, and contracts with clients to maximize profitability and volume.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in the F&B, beverage, or retail industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle objections and close deals.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred but not required).
