Responsibility
- Develop and execute field sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets in assigned territories (Bali regions).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold-calling, and networking within the local market.
- Conduct product demonstrations and tailor solutions to meet client needs, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns and promotions.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, including forecasts, pipeline updates, and client feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine sales approaches.
- Participate in training and coaching sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and adapt to flexible work hours.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
